Creating satisfactory shopping experiences

Our story goes like this: In 2020-21, we, the core team of YuDoo, operated KeVi Mart, an e-commerce platform with 2L+ App installs and 15,000+ orders. The feedback we received from those customers were pivotal in the ideation of YuDoo. They wanted to talk with the seller, they wanted to experience the products before buying, and so on.

Even more learnings were imparted with the pandemic, as consumer habits & behaviour saw a paradigm shift - a slew of irreversible changes. Now the customers prefer to avoid going out. Video call is the new normal in professional & other scenarios. Based on these insights, we conceptualized YuDoo.

For many of us, shopping is not just about purchasing the product. It is a holistic experience. When done interactively at a shop, it becomes a satisfying & enjoyable experience.
