YuDoo Payment & Shipping

• We offer two modes of payment for our customers, which are "Online" and "Cash on Delivery (COD)".
• No additional payment charges levied for "Online" mode of payment. For COD orders, payment fees are charged separately.
• In Online mode of payment, our customers get an additional facility to share the payment link with their family members for making payment on their behalf.
• Moreover, in Online mode of payment, our customers can choose to pay immediately or they can pay after a reasonable amount of time. Here, the permissible period of delay depends on respective sellers/shops, as they will have to hold the ordered products for the customer. So, the seller/shop can choose to cancel the order for prolonged delay in online payment.
• For matters related to Order Cancellation, Returns, Refunds, kindly refer to respective policies in our YuDoo App or Website.

• We have tied-up with a reputed shipping partner with pan-India service network. The usual shipping time ranges between 3 to 8 days depending on distance, metro/non-metro status of origin/destination city, intra/inter state operation, social factors, etc. The estimated time of delivery will be shown during order placement. The actual delivery time might differ. Kindly check the shipping status of your order in "My Orders" section of YuDoo App or contact our customer support team for the same.
• Our shipping partner charges us for any kind of shipping address change, which will have to be borne by the customer. Also, we can not guarantee the change of shipping address. Its success depends on multiple factors including shipping status and new location.
