This YuDoo Privacy Policy(“Privacy Policy”) describes how Virgit Shopping Solution LLP ("Virgit" or "us" or "we" or "our") collect and process your personal information through yudoo.co website and/or “YuDoo” app and other related or unrelated services that reference this Privacy Policy (together "YuDoo Services").

By using YuDoo Services, you agree to our use of your personal information (including sensitive personal information) in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time by us at our discretion. You also agree and consent to us collecting, storing, processing, transferring, and sharing your personal information (including sensitive personal information) with third parties or service providers for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

What personal information about customers does Virgit collect?

We collect your personal information in order to provide and continually improve our products and services.

Here are the types of personal information we collect:

• Information you give us: We receive and store any information you provide in relation to YuDoo Services. Kindly refer to Annexure 1 to see the examples of what we collect. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our YuDoo Services.
• Automatic Information: We automatically collect and store certain types of information about your use of YuDoo Services. Like many websites, we may use some unique identifiers to obtain certain types of information when your device accesses YuDoo Services. Kindly refer to Annexure 1 to see the examples of what we collect.
• Information from other sources: We might receive information about you from other sources, such as delivery updates and address information updates from our carriers, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase more easily. Kindly refer to Annexure 1 to see the examples of what we collect.

For what purposes does Virgit use your personal information?

We use your personal information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the products and services that we offer you, our customers and the shops/sellers. These purposes include:

• Purchase and delivery of products: We use your personal information to take and fulfill orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.
• Provide, troubleshoot, and improve YuDoo Services: We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and to improve the usability and effectiveness of the YuDoo Services.
• Recommendations and Personalization: We may use your personal information to recommend shops, and features that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with YuDoo Services.
• Provide voice-based search services: When you use our voice-based search service, we use your voice input to respond to your needs and to suggest the required products/shops to you as well as to improve our services.
• Comply with legal obligations: In some cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with laws. For instance, we collect from sellers the information regarding the place of establishment and bank account information for identity verification and other purposes. Also, we may record and store the videos of the video-call interactions between the sellers/ shops and their customers for a certain duration in a local/ cloud server and/or in the customers’ smartphones in a secure and encrypted manner to comply with certain legal compliances.
• Communicate with you: We use your personal information to communicate with you in relation to YuDoo Services via different channels (e.g., by phone call, e-mail, WhatsApp messaging).
• Dispute Resolution: We may record and store the videos of the video-call interactions between the sellers/shops and their customers for certain a duration in a local/ cloud server and/or in the customers’ smartphones in a secure and encrypted manner to help and guide us in resolving disputes related to product quality, quantity, characteristics, etc. As these videos might be stored exclusively in the customers’ smartphones, any attempt to wipe YuDoo App Data/ App Cache and/or uninstalling YuDoo App (including formatting the smartphone) might erase the only piece of reference/proof we have about the interaction between the sellers/shops and their customers and make it difficult for us to provide a fair resolution to any kinds of disputes related to any live orders. Thus, we request you to refrain from any of the mentioned activities/actions.
• Advertising: We may use your personal information to display interest-based ads for features, products, shops and offers that might be of interest to you. We do not use information that personally identifies you to display interest-based ads.
• Fraud Prevention: We use personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers, shops/sellers, YuDoo, and others.

Does Virgit Share Your Personal Information?

Information about our customers is an integral part of our business, however, we do not sell our customers’ personal information to others. We share customers’ personal information only as described below:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include delivering packages, sending text and WhatsApp messages, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links, and processing payments. Third-party service providers have access to personal information limited to their functions, and are expected not use it for other purposes. Further, they must process the personal information in accordance with applicable law.
• Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell our or buy other business(es) or service(s). In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in case of an event when YuDoo, Virgit Shopping Solution LLP or any of its affiliates, or substantially all of their assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
• Protection of YuDoo and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or to apply our User Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of YuDoo, our users and/or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection.

How Secure is Information About the User?

We design our systems and services with your security and privacy in mind.

• We do not save your payment information in our systems except in case of a refund issued for a COD order. In such cases, we collect your account details to initiate the refund. We do not collect your email address. Our systems have an OTP exclusive login process, which links our customers’ accounts with their respective phone numbers. Thus, we try to eliminate the scope of leakage of account passwords. We do not share our customers’ phone numbers with our sellers in a direct manner. However, the sellers may access a customer’s phone number from the shipping label that they print and stick on the order package. (It is necessary to mention customers’ phone numbers on the shipping labels to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders) All video call recordings are encrypted and are not accessible for our users. Order details are shared only with our shipping and payment gateway agency partners for necessary processing and fulfilment of orders.
• During customer care activities, we may occasionally request proof of your identity before disclosing personal information to you.
• For refund purposes only, we may ask for your bank account details limited to account holder name, account number, bank name, IFSC code, branch name and UPI ID. We do not require your debit/credit card or net banking information. In case anyone asks these details from you, kindly report the same to info@yudoo.co at the earliest.
• For assistance in order payment, we may share payment links with you, which will specifically mention your order id, name and order amount. Kindly check and verify these details before initiating any kind of payments on our platforms.

What is Virgit’s Advertising Policy?

• Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Websites: YuDoo Services may include third-party advertising and links to other websites and apps. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their advertising content.
• Use of Third-Party Advertising Services: We may provide ad companies with information that allows them to serve you with more useful and relevant ads and to measure their effectiveness. We will never share your name or other information that directly identifies you when we do this. Instead, we may use an advertising identifier like a cookie or other device identifier. For example, if you have already downloaded our app, we may share your advertising identifier and data about that event so that you will not be served an ad to download it again. Some ad companies also use this information to serve you relevant ads from other advertisers.

What Choices do the User Have?

If you have any further questions as to how we collect and use your personal information, please contact our customer care team. Some of our YuDoo Services may also include settings that provide you with options as to how your information should be used.

• As described above, you can always choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of the YuDoo Services.
• You can add or update certain information on pages such as my profile. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.
• If you don’t want to receive in-app notifications from us, please adjust your notification settings in the app or device.
• If you are a seller, you can add or update certain information in Seller Settings, update your account information by accessing your App’s Settings section.
• If you want your complete information to be deleted from our database, kindly contact our customer care team for an account deletion, which cannot be undone. Your information will be permanently deleted after your account deletion once administrative approval is received.

Are Children Allowed to Use YuDoo Services?

Children should not make use of YuDoo services, including video-calling, ordering and payment. If you are under the age of 18 years, you may ask your parent or guardian to make use of YuDoo Services on your behalf.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to use YuDoo Services, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and our User Terms and Conditions, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the prevailing law in India. If you have any concern about privacy at YuDoo, please feel free to contact our customer care team with a detailed description, and we will try to resolve it. As our business keeps changing, our Privacy Policy will also change with time. Kindly check our platforms to find the latest policy document.

Examples of Collected Information

Events, actions, interactions with or related to YuDoo Services as sources of information:

For customers, you provide information to us when you:

• Open/close a YuDoo platform, click on any button, create/login to your account, update/ uninstall App, search for product or shops or buy products, initiate or receive a video call;
• Place an order, modify an order and/or cancel an order or use other YuDoo Services;
• Modify your account profile, configure App settings, share a product/shop with anyone outside the platform; communicate with our team by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or otherwise;
• Check order details, check past/missed video call details, make payment;
• Rate an order, label shops as favorite, click on external/ internal ads on or related to YuDoo;
• Basically, any interactions on or related to YuDoo services might lead to you providing some information to us and/or our associates/affiliates/service partners.

For sellers, you provide information to us when you:

Open/close a YuDoo platform, click on any button, create/login to your account, update/ uninstall App, initiate or receive a video call to/ from a customer;

Create cart, add product(s) and their related details, add customer related details, add shipping and payment related details, submit for customer confirmation, make a shipping request;

Check customer details, past/missed video call details, order details, your own profile details;

Modify your account profile, configure App settings, check sell performance;

Basically, any interactions on or related to YuDoo services might lead to you providing some information to us and/or our associates/affiliates/service partners.

As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information not limited to:

For customers,

• Identifying information such as your name, address(es) and phone number(s);
• Payment status and confirmation, bank/UPI details in case of a refund for a COD order;
• Your age (you may choose not to disclose), your location information, your IP address;
• Content of customer care interactions, video footage of interactions with shops (temporarily), your order confirmation/modification status and time, video call initiation and receipt time(s);

For Shops/Sellers,

• Bank details, registered address, company details, GST details, product details, media, shop details, contact details, operating hours, payment status, order status, shipping status;
• Identity details including Govt. approved ID(s), age, IP address, owner and staff name(s);
• Video footage of interactions with customer(s), video call initiation and receipt time(s);

Automatic Information:

Examples of the information we collect and analyze include:

• The internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your phone to the internet;
• Login number, time, approximate/ precise location, session time, device metrics such as when a device is in use, application usage, connectivity data, and any errors or event failures;
• YuDoo Services metrics (e.g., the occurrences of technical errors, your interactions with service features and content, your settings preferences and backup information, location of your device running the application, information about uploaded images and files such as the file name, dates, times and type);
• Products and shops that you viewed or searched for; page response times, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs);
• Phone numbers used to call our customer service number;
• Through the use of device identifiers, cookies, and other technologies on devices, App, and our web pages to collect browsing, usage, or other technical information.

Information from Other Sources

Examples of information we receive from other sources include:

• Updated delivery and address information from our carriers or other third parties, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more easily;
• Account information, purchase or redemption information and page-view information from some merchants with which we operate co-branded businesses or for which we provide technical, fulfillment, advertising or other services;
• Information about your interactions with products and services offered by our affiliates;
• Search results and links, including paid listings (such as Sponsored Links);

For Customers,

• Your complete order history, including order acceptance, modifications, cancellation, order tracking, order product image, price, quantity, refund status in canceled/returned orders, etc.;
• Your shop-visit history, calling time, duration, shop contact, missed call details;
• Personal identifiable information (including name, contact number(s), and address(es));
• Recommendations and the shops you recently viewed that are the basis for recommendations;
• Shop details, product categories, media, ratings, offers, discounts, favorites, trending;
• Customer care team contact details, company information, policy documents, etc.

For Shops/Sellers,

• Your complete order history, including cart creations, order modifications, shipping, order tracking, order product image, price, quantity, return status, payment status and details, etc.;
• Personal identifiable information (including name, contact number(s), and address(es));
• For a limited time, your customer interaction history, call time, duration, missed call details;
• Your and other shop details, product categories, media, ratings, offers, discounts, trending;
• Customer care team contact details, company information, policy documents, etc.
