The yudoo.co website and the Android/iOS app “YuDoo” is operated by Virgit Shopping Solution LLP ("Virgit" or "us" or "we" or "our"), having its registered office located B-302, Shapath Hexa, Above Audi Showroom, Sola, SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 380060.

Please read the User Terms and Conditions document carefully before using the yudoo.co website or “YuDoo” app (“YuDoo Platform”). By using the YuDoo Platform, you signify your agreement to be bound by Virgit’s User Terms and Conditions. As described in our Privacy Policy, we may share your information with various third-party service providers. For example, we use third-party service providers to deliver order packages. For any further details on our information related practices, please read our Privacy Policy. For any suggestions, queries, or issues relating to YuDoo Platform, you can contact us over call or over WhatsApp or by writing us an email. Our working hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday, except during public holidays. Our working hours may change time to time.

Please read the below given conditions carefully before using the YuDoo Platform. By using the YuDoo Platform, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

In addition, when you use any current or future “YuDoo” service (eg. Favorites or Subscription) ("YuDoo Service"), you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines and conditions specifically applicable to that YuDoo Service ("Terms"). If these User Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control/prevail.

These "User Terms and Conditions" constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Conditions Relating to Your Use of YuDoo Platform

1. Your Account

If you use the YuDoo Platform, you are responsible for restricting access to your devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us within the Your Account area of the “YuDoo” app. Virgit reserves the right to refuse you access to the YuDoo Platform, terminate account(s), remove or edit any content at any time without notice to you, at their own and independent discretion.

2. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to YuDoo Platform, to understand our practices. The personal information / data provided to us by you during the course of usage of YuDoo Platform will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations. If you object to your information being transferred or used, you may refrain from using the YuDoo Platform.

3. E-Platform for Communication

You agree, understand and acknowledge that “YuDoo” app is an online platform that enables you to connect to shops listed on “YuDoo” app and place product purchase orders from those shops at any time from any location. You further agree and acknowledge that Virgit is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner for any transactions on the “YuDoo” app. Accordingly, the contract of sale of products on the “YuDoo” app shall be strictly a bipartite contract between you and the shops on “YuDoo” app.

4. Access to YuDoo Platform

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the YuDoo Platform will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the YuDoo Platform may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such occurrences.

5. Licence for YuDoo Platform access

Subject to your compliance with these User Terms and Conditions and payment of applicable fees, if any, Virgit Shopping Solution LLP grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of YuDoo Platform, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and / or its affiliates, as may be applicable. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of YuDoo Platform or its contents; any collection and use of any shop or product listings, shop or product descriptions, or indicative prices; any derivative use of YuDoo Platform or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another seller; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

YuDoo Platform or any portion of them (including but not limited to any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information) may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, distributed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and / or its affiliates, as may be applicable.

You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Virgit and its affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Virgit Shopping Solution LLP’s or its affiliates’ names or trademarks without the express written consent of Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and / or its affiliates, as applicable. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and / or its affiliates, as applicable.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to some of the pages of “YuDoo” app as long as the link does not portray Virgit Shopping Solution LLP, their affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any “YuDoo” logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written consent of Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and / or its affiliates, as may be applicable.

6. Conditions for Potential Revocation of Licence for YuDoo Platform access and Freezing/Disabling of a User Account

Following actions, behavior, and situations may warrant for the revocation of licence and/or freezing/ disabling/ suspension of customers’ accounts:

Contacting and video-calling shops/sellers without any intention of a purchase. Repetitive behavior of such kind, especially as it wastes sellers’ time and questions the genuineness of the customer, might call for an investigation by our internal team. In case if the customer is having a problem/ trouble/ concern regarding the use of the service or making a purchase, they can reach us by calling our helpline, through WhatsApp messaging or by writing us an email.
Use of any kind of verbal abuse during a video/ audio call with any seller or any other person on any of our platforms/services.
Use of any kind of verbal abuse with the delivery personnel and/or any person from our customer support team and/or anyone from our internal/administration team.
Wearing socially inappropriate clothing during a video/ audio call with any seller or any other person on any of our platforms.
Submitting misleading ratings and/or reviews for any shop(s) or the YuDoo platform. We work 24x7 trying to give you the best experience ever. Any abuse of your right of submitting ratings and/or reviews is not acceptable. Customer care team is there to address your concerns and provide a suitable remedy. Kindly reach them by calling our helpline, through WhatsApp messaging or by writing us an email.
Requesting order cancellation and/or return & refund without suitable reason, occasionally or frequently; make false claim(s) of any issue/ fault in product(s) or in their delivery; not returning product(s) in their original condition, in proper packaging.
Any other action/ behavior/ situation that is harmful, problematic, troublesome, and/or derogatory and/or a concern for the proper functioning and well being of YuDoo and/or their associated people.

7. Your Conduct

You must not use the YuDoo Platform in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the YuDoo Platform or access to it to be interrupted or damaged in any way. You must understand that you, and not Virgit, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the YuDoo Platform for lawful purposes only. You must not use them for any of the following:

for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activity
to send, use or reuse any material that does not belong to you; or is illegal, offensive (including but not limited to material that is sexually explicit content or which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm), deceptive, misleading, abusive, indecent, insulting or harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or menacing; ethnically objectionable, disparaging or in breach of copyright, trademark, patent, confidentiality, privacy or any other proprietary information or right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or relates to or promotes money laundering or gambling; or is harmful to minors in any way; or impersonates another person; or threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India or friendly relations with foreign States or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation; or objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; or which consists of or contains software viruses or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any spam; or is patently false and untrue.

8. Reviews, comments, communications and other content

Users of YuDoo Platform may post reviews, comments and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam". Virgit reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove, refuse, delete or edit any content that in the sole judgement of Virgit violates these User Terms and Conditions and, or terminate the concerned person’s permission/licence to access or use the YuDoo Platform.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you

grant Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual and fully sublicensable rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media; and
Virgit Shopping Solution LLP, its affiliates and the sublicensees have the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.

You agree that the rights you grant above are irrevocable during the entire period of protection of your intellectual property rights associated with such content and material. You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content. You agree to perform all further acts necessary to perfect any of the above rights granted by you to Virgit Shopping Solution LLP, including the execution of deeds and documents, at its request.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post or that you otherwise provide on or through the YuDoo Platform; that, as at the date that the content or material is submitted to YuDoo Platform: (i) the content and material is accurate; (ii) use of the content and material you supply does not breach any applicable Virgit policies or guidelines and will not cause injury to any person or entity (including that the content or material is not defamatory); (iii) the content is lawful. You agree to indemnify Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and its affiliates for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these warranties.

9. Claims against Objectionable Content

You can refer to the shop detail page on “YuDoo” app for checking any shop details provided by the shop regarding and not limited to the following:

Shop name, shop address, contact details (if shared), category/categories, keywords, working hours, offer details, sale details, return policy, indicative prices, product example(s) and related photos and/or videos (including GIFs), schemes related to bulk purchase discounts, shipping charges discount, etc. if any, and other product/service related information, if any.

Because Virgit lists thousands of shops and their content on the YuDoo Platform, it is not possible for us to be aware of all the contents of each shop listed. Accordingly, Virgit operates on a "notice and takedown" basis. If you believe that any content on the YuDoo Platform is illegal, offensive (including but not limited to material that is sexually explicit content or which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm), deceptive, misleading, abusive, indecent, insulting or harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy or menacing; ethnically objectionable, disparaging; or in breach of a third party’s confidential, proprietary information or right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or relates to or promotes money laundering or gambling; or is harmful to minors in any way; or impersonates another person; or threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India or friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or in insulting other nation; or objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; or which consists of or contains software viruses or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or is patently false and untrue ("Objectionable Content"), please notify us by calling our helpline, through WhatsApp messaging or by writing us an email. Once we receive your concern, we will make all reasonable endeavors to remove such Objectionable Content complained about within a reasonable time.

Further, all contractual information required to be disclosed by law is incorporated as part of the YuDoo Seller Agreement (YSA) executed by each shop on the YuDoo Platform, prior to listing.

10. Copyright, authors’ rights and database rights

All content included on YuDoo Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, GIFs, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Virgit Shopping Solution LLP, its affiliates or its content suppliers and is protected by India and international copyright, authors’ rights and database right laws. The compilation of all content on the YuDoo Platform is the exclusive property of Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and its affiliates and is protected by laws of India and international copyright and database right laws. All software used on the YuDoo Platform is the property of Virgit Shopping Solution LLP, its affiliates or its software suppliers and is protected by India and international copyright and author’ rights laws.

You may not systematically extract/ or re-utilise parts of the contents of YuDoo Platform without Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and / or its affiliates’ (as may be applicable) express written consent. In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation of any substantial parts of YuDoo Platform, without Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and / or its affiliates’ (as may be applicable) express written consent. You may also not create and/ or publish your own database that features substantial (eg: shop listings) parts of YuDoo Platform without Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and / or its affiliates’ (as may be applicable) express written consent.

11. Intellectual Property Claims

Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that gives rise to concerns of infringement, please contact us by calling our helpline, through WhatsApp messaging or by writing us an email.

12. Trademarks

YUDOO, YuDoo, yudoo, yudoo.co, and other marks indicated on the YuDoo Platform are trademarks or registered trademarks of Virgit. YuDoo Platform’s graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are the trademarks or trade dress of Virgit. YuDoo Platform’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Virgit’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits YuDoo Platform. All other trademarks not owned by Virgit that appear on the YuDoo Platform are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Virgit.

13. Disclaimer

You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the services on the YuDoo Platform and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through the YuDoo Platform. You further acknowledge and undertake that you will use the YuDoo Platform to order products only for your personal use and not for business purposes. We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of shops or sellers nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the shops or sellers or manufacturers of the products and hereby expressly disclaim any and all responsibility and liability in that regard. We shall not be liable to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and the shops or sellers or manufacturers of the products.

We disclaim any warranties, representations or responsibilities in respect of the behavior of the seller(s) or their staff of any particular shop(s) with you or other customers, as our team is not a part of your call/transaction. Though, you, our customers are super important for us and hence, in the event of a behavior from a seller/seller’s staff that is objectionable or unacceptable for you or other customer in any way, kindly notify us by calling our helpline, through WhatsApp messaging or by writing us an email. We will attempt to find a suitable remedy for you for the inconvenience caused and take the necessary actions to avoid such inconvenience to you or anyone else in the future.

We further expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (express or implied) in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, merchantability, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the shops or products listed or displayed or transacted or the content (including shops, reference products or reference pricing information and/or specifications) on YuDoo Platform. While we have taken precautions to avoid inaccuracies in content on the YuDoo Platform, all content, information (including the indicative price of products), shops, reference products, services and related graphics are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any products from any shops on the YuDoo Platform. At no time shall any right, title or interest in the products/shops sold through or displayed on YuDoo Platform vest with Virgit nor shall Virgit have any obligations or liabilities in respect of any transactions on YuDoo Platform.

14. Indemnity and Release

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Virgit Shopping Solution LLP, its subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these User Terms and Conditions or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations or the rights of a third party.

You hereby expressly release Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and/or its affiliates and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions/inactions of the vendors and specifically waiver any claims or demands that you may have in this behalf under any statute, contract or otherwise.

15. Children
Use of the YuDoo Platform for making any orders/ purchase/ transactions is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may ask a parent or guardian to make a transaction on the YuDoo Platform on your behalf.

16. Other Businesses

Parties other than Virgit Shopping Solution LLP and its affiliates may operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines on Virgit. For example, businesses and individuals offer products via a Marketplace. In addition, we provide links to the websites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant or endorse the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals, or the content of their websites. Virgit Shopping Solution LLP does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of any of these and any other third-parties. You can tell when a third-party is involved in your transactions, and we may share customer information related to those transactions with that third-party. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.

17. Communications

When you visit the YuDoo Platform, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by WhatsApp messaging, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on YuDoo Platform or by any other mode of communication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional and/or commercial messages) from us with respect to your use of the YuDoo Platform and/or your order placed on the YuDoo Platform.

18. Losses

We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using YuDoo Platform.

19. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to YuDoo Platform, policies, and these User Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and User Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you use the YuDoo Platform or that you order goods from the platform, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

20. Additional Terms and Conditions

We might temporarily save the videos of seller-customer interactions over the YuDoo platform as a proof to be used in case of a dispute resolution. We might save these videos in customers’ mobile phones and/or in a local/cloud server. The videos are usually saved till the lapse of an order’s “return window” (the time period only during which a return request from a customer for an order will be entertained), though can be saved longer than that. Kindly refrain from uninstalling YuDoo App or performing data wiping action on the App, as it may wipe out the most critical proofs of customer-seller interactions and we may no longer be able to entertain any return requests pertaining to those orders.
Kindly place order only when you are sure of the accuracy of the products’ size, especially for clothing and footwear. We expect you to avoid returning products merely for sizing related issues. Shipping is a major component in online shopping related costs and order returns are highly inconvenient for shops and the platform. Kindly try your best to avoid sizing errors and consequent returns. We expect and appreciate your support.
Kindly make sure to give the correct shipping address to the seller while placing an order. Also make sure to check and confirm the shipping address before confirming an order. An erroneous address can lead to mis-routing of orders and unnecessary delays. Editing and modifying delivery addresses after order pick-up leads to additional address change expenses. We expect your cooperation in us avoiding any kind of unnecessary expenses.
Kindly do not share any kind of OTP, Debit/Credit card or net-banking details including CVV number with anyone on the YuDoo platform including the sellers and our customer care team. They strictly do not need any of these details to perform their parts. If any such information is requested from you, kindly report to our administration team by writing us an email at info@yudoo.co at the earliest. We will take necessary actions to avoid such occurrences in the future. However, the customers are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their confidential monetary/ banking/ financial information.
During the time of Covid Pandemic, there might be a delay in the shipping process. We are working day and night to limit such occurrences. Kindly bear with us in case of an unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order. We truly appreciate your support.
Warranties and guarantees are subject to the internal understanding between the seller and the customer. Our customer care team is there to support you in claiming a guarantee or warranty, however we are not liable for any such promises made by any sellers/shops.
In case you have completed the order payment and it is not reflected in our platform, you may wait for some time or reach out to our customer support team.
Do not accept a torn/ distorted/ out-of-shape/ tempered order package and do report the incident to our customer support team.

21. Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

22. Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

23. Governing law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad.

The details pertaining to each customer complaint lodged (including the status of the complaint and tracking details) are registered and recorded in our central database and the status and other details are supplied to the customer on an on-demand basis only.

26. YuDoo Platform Software Terms (YuDoo Software Terms)

In addition to these User Terms and Conditions, the terms found here apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software and any related documentation) that we make available to you from time to time for your use in connection with YuDoo Platform services (the "YuDoo Software").

YuDoo Software Terms

1. Use of the YuDoo Software

You may use YuDoo Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use and enjoy the “YuDoo Services” as provided by Virgit, and as permitted by the User Terms and Conditions, these YuDoo Software Terms and any Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the YuDoo Software into your own programs or compile any portion of it in combination with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, lend, loan, distribute or sub-license the YuDoo Software or otherwise assign any rights to the YuDoo Software in whole or in part. You may not use the YuDoo Software for any illegal purpose. We may cease providing any YuDoo Software and we may terminate your right to use any YuDoo Software at any time. Your rights to use the YuDoo Software may automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of these YuDoo Software Terms, the User Terms and Conditions or any other Terms. Additional third-party terms contained within or distributed with certain YuDoo Software that are specifically identified in related documentation may apply to that YuDoo Software (or software incorporated with the YuDoo Software) and will govern the use of such software in the event of a conflict with these User Terms and Conditions. All software used in any YuDoo Service is the property of Virgit and/or its affiliates or its software suppliers and protected by laws of India including but not limited to any other applicable copyright laws.

2. Use of Third-Party Services

When you use the YuDoo Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile platform provider. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.

3. No Reverse Engineering

You may not, and you will not encourage, assist or authorize any other person to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with, the YuDoo Software, whether in whole or in part, or create any derivative works from or of the YuDoo Software.

4. Updates

In order to keep the YuDoo Software up-to-date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time and without notice to you.

Conditions of Sale (between Shops / Sellers and the Customer)

Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for any products with the Shops/ Sellers ("We" or "Our" or "Us", wherever applicable) on the YuDoo (website or App). Placing an order on the YuDoo Platform signifies your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

In addition, when you use any current or future YuDoo service (eg: Wishlist or Marketplace), you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines and conditions applicable to that service ("Terms"). If these Conditions of Sale are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

1. Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You

This section deals with conditions relating to sale of products on the App/Website by us to you.

2. Our Contract

Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. Once you place an order to purchase a product from us, you can check the order confirmation, payment status and the details of your order including shipping details in the “My Orders” section in the App with your login. The order confirmation in the App is only the acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when the product is shipped to you and a text message or WhatsApp message is sent to you confirming that the product has been shipped to you. If your order is shipped in more than one package, you may receive a separate text message or WhatsApp message for each package.

Your contract is with us (the Shops / Sellers) and you confirm that the product(s) ordered by you are purchased for your internal / personal purpose and not for resale or business purpose. You authorize us to declare and provide a declaration to any governmental authority on your behalf stating the aforesaid purpose of the products ordered by you on the App / website.

Please note that we sell products only in quantities that correspond to the typical needs of an average household. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.

3. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the shipping confirmation text message or WhatsApp message relating to that product. Once shipped, cancelling an order will cost YuDoo full shipping charges. We do not charge our customers and shops for such cancellation shipping charges. However, we expect our customers to avoid such cancellation as much as possible. Frequent cancellations may result in penalties/account freezing. 4. Returns & Refunds

5. Pricing and availability

Final price of any particular product at a particular time is the one mutually agreed upon between the customer and the seller/staff (“the Shop”) through a negotiation process over a video/ audio call. Thus, the price of a particular product is highly subjective and can vary between different customers as well as for the same customer at different times. Also, majority of the products we sell on this platform are made in very limited quantities. For example, some of the products we sell are hand-crafted with unparalleled craftsmanship, to be available only as a single piece and cannot be replicated. Thus, a particular product available at a certain point of time, might be sold to a customer in the near future and not be available anymore. Accordingly, we suggest our customers execute an order for a specific product soon as possible to avoid losing it.
The price finally paid by a customer is inclusive of applicable governmental taxes and duties.

6. Taxes

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to service tax, GST, duties, cesses etc.

7. Children

Use of the YuDoo Platform for making any orders/ purchase/ transactions is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may ask a parent or guardian to make a transaction on the YuDoo Platform on your behalf.

8. Communications

When you visit the YuDoo Platform, you are communicating with us electronically. You will need to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by WhatsApp message, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the YuDoo Platform or by some other way. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications including WhatsApp message, SMS, phone calls from us with respect to your order.

We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Sale in force at the time you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad.
